Tennis Only has a standard return period of 21 days. Here you will find answers to questions about the conditions for returning and exchanging items.

Returning an item is possible within 21 days of receipt of your package. Use the attached invoice form and check which product(s) you wish to return. Send the items to the address at the bottom of the invoice. Please note that the return shipping is at your expense, otherwise we are required to charge the costs imposed by PostNL. Make a copy of the invoice for your own administration.

Exchange items?

To simplify the process, you can only exchange an item in our Rotterdam store. In any other case, you simply return the item and place a new order.


Original packaging please

The condition for returning an item is that the item is unused, undamaged and in original packaging. We kindly ask you to pack the shoe box first when returning shoes. Please do not paste envelopes and / or adhesive tape directly onto the original shoe box. Thank you for your consideration!


Within one week

Once we received the item, the purchase price including the shipping costs we charged will be refunded to your account within 1 week (according to the Dutch Distance Buying Act). Please note that return shipping is at your expense.


Now what?

If you have received a damaged / defective product from us, please contact our helpdesk immediately. Should we receive a damaged / defective return item, we are required to charge this item.


Careful handling

We highly value the satisfaction of our customers. For this reason, we will treat your complaint with the utmost care. If you have a complaint about an item, please return the item to us at your own expense. We will process and review your complaint as soon as possible. Should there still be any doubts about the nature of the complaint, we will forward the product to the relevant manufacturer.

Complaint acceptance

If your complaint is accepted, we will send you a new product as soon as possible and refund your shipping costs.

Complaint dismissal

However, if your complaint is rejected, you will be informed by us. We will provide the reason for rejection and hope to jointly resolve the complaint. If you wish to receive the returned item, then the shipping costs are at your expense.
