Shipping via PostNL
Same day shipping!
With the exception of Saturdays and Sundays, all orders placed before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Domestic orders are normally delivered the next day. You will automatically receive an email confirmation with Track & Trace code to track your shipment. If there are any problems with your shipment, please contact our customer service. In order to help you as quickly as possible, we kindly ask you to have your order number at hand.
Store Pickup Rotterdam
Same day pickup!
All orders placed before 4:00 PM can be picked up in store the same day. There is no charge for collection in our store. We will let you know by email within half an hour when your order is ready. To avoid waiting times and disappointments, we ask you to wait for this message before going to the store. If you need an item urgently, please contact us by phone.
Shipping service by PostNL
All orders are delivered by PostNL. Domestic orders are delivered on the first business day after the listing date (2-3 days in extreme cases). You do not have to stay at home for regular mail. You can track your package online with the Track & Trace code you received by email. The transit time for international orders varies by country. For more information, see the PostNL Delivery Times.
Delivery in case of absence
If a package cannot be delivered on Tuesday to Saturday, it will be offered to your neighbors by default. If the package cannot be delivered to your neighbors, it will be offered or delivered to the nearest PostNL collection point at a later time. You will find a message in the mailbox or the PostNL application where the shipment can be picked up.
