Product Representative Tennis

We believe that performance and fun go hand in hand, and want to help every visitor be it online or in-store, get the best out of their game and have a great time on the court. There is nothing like a customer who thanks you on a subsequent visit for great advice about a racket, a pair of shoes or another purchase. Description

After all, you won't find an adequate and personal approach in textbooks. You learn this by dealing with tennis players of all walks of life, and becoming familiar with the wishes and problems both on and off the tennis court. As the face of Tennis Only you should have the necessary knowledge of tennis products, but it's not an issue if you don't. We have internal training courses for that.

We therefore attach more value to enthusiasm and eagerness to learn. Within this framework you stay informed of the latest trends and developments. Just as important, if not more important, is that you offer customers a listening ear and know how to translate the acquired information into suitable products or a combination thereof. You also want to help the customer to perform better and have more fun on the court.

This versatile function is not limited to advice and sales, however. An omni-channel environment consists of different processes that are aligned with each other. It is therefore possible that you also have to help with logistics, e-commerce, partnerships (clubs and trainers) and merchandising of the store.

Padel Specialist

Are you an enthusiastic and passionate padel player with extensive knowledge of the game and its materials? Do you want to use your expertise to advise customers and help them choose the best padel equipment? Then we are looking for you!

At Tennis Only we mainly specialize in tennis. Since the rapid development of padel in the Netherlands, we have expanded our vision. Our customers come to us for professional, personal advice and the best quality products. To expand our team of tennis specialists and also provide our padel customers with top advice, we are looking for a passionate Padel Specialist.

Description

In order to fulfill this role as best as possible, we expect you to be fully aware of the latest developments in the padel world. Both on the professional tour and in the recreational circuit. We expect you to be able to tell customers everything about rackets, balls, shoes and accessories, so that every padel player can count on appropriate, personal advice. Just like tennis players have come to expect from us.

At the same time, we expect you to think about the presentation of padel products in our store; How do we ensure that our padel department has and maintains a neat and orderly appearance?

In addition to our physical store, we also pay a lot of attention to our webshop. Through product texts, guides and blogs, we offer online visitors an informative experience that makes it easier to make the right choices when ordering. We would therefore like you to contribute to our online shop and blog about padel.

Last but not least, you will work with us to ensure that all processes - both online and in the store - run smoothly. This includes receiving customers, keeping the store tidy, helping to process online orders, and so on.

What we expect?
