Here you will find answers to questions about the conditions for returning and exchanging items. Tennis Only has a standard return period of 21 days.

Return Period

Money back guarantee

Returning an item is possible within 21 days of receipt of your package. Use the attached invoice form and check which product(s) you wish to return. Send to the following address:

Please note that the return shipping is at your expense, otherwise we are required to charge the costs imposed by PostNL. Make a copy of the invoice for your own administration.

Exchanges

In-Store only

To simplify the process, you can only exchange an item in our Rotterdam store. In any other case, you simply return the item and place a new order.

Conditions

Original packaging please

The condition for returning an item is that the item is unused, undamaged and in original packaging. We kindly ask you to pack the shoe box first when returning shoes. Please do not glue envelopes or use adhesive (tape) directly on the original shoe box. Thank you for your consideration!

Exception

Tailor-made products

Personalized products are not covered by the right of cancellation. These include club items (printed with a logo) or custom rackets.

Refund

Within one week

Once we received the item, the purchase price including the shipping costs we charged will be refunded to your account within 1 week (according to the Dutch Distance Buying Act). Please note that return shipping is at your expense.

Damage

Now what?

If you have received a damaged or defective product from us, please contact our helpdesk immediately. Should we receive a damaged or defective return item, we are required to charge this item.

Complaints

Handling with care

We highly value the satisfaction of our customers. For this reason, we will treat your complaint with the utmost care. If you have a complaint about an item, please return the item to us at your own expense. We will process and review your complaint as soon as possible. Should there still be any doubts about the nature of the complaint, we will forward the product to the relevant manufacturer.

Complaint acceptance

If your complaint is accepted, we will send you a new product as soon as possible and refund your shipping costs.

Complaint dismissal

However, if your complaint is rejected, you will be informed by us. We will provide the reason for rejection and hope to jointly resolve the complaint. If you wish to receive the returned item, then the shipping costs are at your expense.

All our products are covered by the warranty of the manufacturer.
