Racket Demo Service
We believe that trying different frames is the best way to choose the right tennis racket for your game. For this reason, we introduced the Tennis Only Demo program. Demo rackets can be ordered online or in-store:
Order online
Select demo racket
If we have a demo racket available, we will display a link on the racket page to request a demo. Click on this link if you would like to try the racket, provide the required information and send the email. There is a limit of 2 demo rackets per period (week). The full amount of the racket will be charged as a deposit.
Trial period
You are allowed to use the demo racket(s) for 7 days.
Payment
Once we have received your request, we will contact you to confirm your request and send you a payment link for the demo racket.
Costs
The service fee for the trial period of the demo racket(s) is € 20. An additional fee of € 5 will be charged for each extra day beyond the allocated trial period. The shipping and return processes are free of charge. You will receive a payment link
Returns
After the 7-day trial period, you return the demo racket(s). The paid amount minus the service fee will be refunded to your account as soon as possible.
Stringing
Tennis Only regularly replaces the strings of demo rackets. Each demo racket is strung at average tension, with a string that complements it well. It is not permitted to (re)string the demo racket yourself.
The Netherlands and Belgium
The online Tennis Only Demo program is exclusively available in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Alongside our product advisors, you can choose which rackets you would like to try. You can take a maximum of 2 rackets per trial period.
Trial period
You are allowed to use the demo racket(s) for 7 days.
Costs
We charge € 20 per demo racket. The amount will later be deducted from the purchase price of a racket or you will receive it back in the form of a gift card.
Returns
The demo racket needs to be returned within 7 days. If you have made a decision and choose to purchase a racket, the costs (€ 20 per racket) will be deducted from the purchase amount. If you are still undecided and wish to try one or two other rackets, these can be exchanged at no additional cost. However, if you decide not to purchase a new racket, the incurred costs will be credited to a Gift Card, which can be used in-store or online.
