General Terms

Good terms and conditions are important for both the customer and store. When you make a purchase through our website, you agree to the Terms and Conditions defined herein. It is important to know what you can expect.


By placing an order, you acknowledge that you agree to the Tennis Only delivery and payment terms. After receipt of your order, there is a cooling off period of 21 days in which you may return your order, provided that it is undamaged and in original packaging. You will then receive a full refund within 1 week of the purchase price plus any shipping charges. All complaints are subject to the warranty of the manufacturer. If the product ordered by you is faulty, defective or damaged, you can return it to us within 21 days of receipt. If your complaint is accepted, we will send you a new product free of charge and refund the shipping costs for returning the item. Delivery will take place within the agreed deadline. If you have not received the product after this period, you reserve the right to cancel your order. Bank transfers are at the expense and risk of the person authorizing the payment. Your account balance will be, if applicable, increased with costs for processing your payment to Tennis Only.


We recommend using the online shop (24 hours a day) to place your order or visit our retail store during opening hours.


Orders are delivered with PostNL shipping service. For domestic orders over € 49.00 we will not charge any shipping costs. For orders up to € 49.00 we charge a fixed rate of € 5,00. For international shipping, please refer to our shipping rates.


We do not charge any additional costs regardless of the chosen payment method. Within the Netherlands, we recommend using iDEAL considering the fast handling and the familiar banking environment. In addition to iDEAL we accept Bancontact (Belgium), SOFORT banking, PayPal, Credit Card (including Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay.


All orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt and are generally 1 day on the way. Normally, domestic orders placed before 17.00 hours ship the same day and will be delivered to you the next day. The transit times for international orders vary by country. See: PostNL Delivery Times

Delivery in case of absence

For regular mail you do not have to stay home to receive your order. For packages the following applies; When a package can not be delivered to you on Tuesday to Saturday, it is offered to your neighbors by default. If the package can not be delivered to your neighbors, it will be offered later. The day and time of the 2nd delivery will depend on the day of the 1st delivery. If you and your neighbors are not at home at the second offer, a message in your mailbox will be left with information where you can retrieve the shipment within three weeks at the nearest pickup point.


For customers from EU Member States, the indicated prices are end prices and valid while stocks last. These prices include discounts and taxes due, in particular VAT. Shipping costs are charged separately and listed separately on the invoice. The delivery address is decisive.

Outside the EU

For customers outside the EU, the prices indicated include discounts, but are exclusive of taxes due, in particular VAT. The customer is responsible for any import duties and taxes. We will provide the orders with a customs form. Shipping costs are charged separately and listed separately on the invoice. The delivery address is decisive.


We use the sizes as determined by the manufacturers. Generally speaking, for apparel from XXS to XXL, for shoes from European sizes 27 to 48 and racquet grip sizes from 00 to 5. If the ordered size does not fit, you can always return the item within 21 days upon receipt.


Ultimately, you decide if the item you ordered meets your expectations. If you are not satisfied, you can return the item within 21 days from the time you have received the order and we will refund the purchase price including the shipping charge (according to the Dutch Distance Buying Act) to your account.


To simplify the process, you can only exchange an item in our Rotterdam store. In any other situation, you will return the item and simply place a new order.


The condition for returning an item is that the item is unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Upon receipt the purchase price including our shipping fee (in accordance with the Dutch Distance Buying Act) will be returned to your account within 1 week. We kindly ask you to pack the shoe box first when returning shoes. Please do not glue envelopes or use adhesive (tape) directly on the original shoe box.


Personalized products such as club items (printed with a logo) or custom rackets, are not covered by the right of cancellation.


All our products are covered by the warranty of the manufacturer.


We highly value the satisfaction of our customers. For this reason, we will treat your complaint with the utmost care. If you have a complaint about an item, please return the item to us at your own expense. We will process and review your complaint as soon as possible. Should there still be any doubts about the nature of the complaint, we will forward the product to the relevant manufacturer.

Complaint acceptance

If your complaint is accepted, we will send you a new product as soon as possible and refund your shipping costs.

Complaint dismissal

If your complaint is rejected, you will be informed by us. We will provide the reason for rejection and hope to resolve the complaint together. If you wish to receive the returned item, then the shipping costs are at your expense.
