We believe that performance and fun go hand in hand, and want to help every visitor get the best out of their game and have more fun on the court. There is nothing like a customer who thanks you on a subsequent visit for great advice about a racket, a pair of shoes or another purchase. This is how we contribute to tennis every day, and we are very proud of that. Do you also see yourself in this role, read on quickly.
After all, you won't find an adequate and personal approach in textbooks. You learn this by dealing with tennis players of all walks of life, and becoming familiar with the wishes and problems both on and off the tennis court. As the face of Tennis Only you should have the necessary knowledge of tennis products, but it's not an issue if you don't. We have internal training courses for that.
We therefore attach more value to enthusiasm and eagerness to learn. Within this framework you stay informed of the latest trends and developments. Just as important, if not more important, is that you offer customers a listening ear and know how to translate the acquired information into suitable products or a combination thereof. You also want to help the customer to perform better and have more fun on the court.
This versatile function is not limited to advice and sales, however. An omni-channel environment consists of different processes that are aligned with each other. It is therefore possible that you also have to help with logistics, e-commerce, partnerships (clubs and trainers) and merchandising of the store.
