Help me with my research
Dear sports enthusiast,
My name is Jorian, and for my internship at Tennis Only, I am conducting research on the padel customer. With this survey, I aim to better understand what matters to players, what they are satisfied with, and where Tennis Only can make further improvements.
I am interested in learning, among other things, where you look for information, what factors are important to you when purchasing tennis and padel products, and what you like—or dislike—about the current product range and service. I also want to know what matters to padel players and how Tennis Only can better meet their wishes and needs.
Whether you play only tennis, only padel, or both sports, your opinion helps me carry out and successfully complete my internship project.
Completing the survey takes about 2 to 3 minutes. Your responses will be processed anonymously and confidentially.
As a thank-you for participating, you will receive a 5% discount code at the end of the survey.
Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.
